About the Miami Valley Study Group

National Cambridge Collectors, Inc. was incorporated in 1973 as a non-profit educational organization dedicated to the study, preservation and collection of Cambridge glass.  The Miami Valley (Ohio ) Study Group supports the objectives of the national organization by sharing knowledge and information gained from all the group members.

Each meeting includes a display and discussion of interesting (and often rare) glass by members who have scoured attics, flea markets and antique shops for examples of beautiful handmade Cambridge glass.  In addition to our regular "Show and Tell" feature, educational programs are presented by members or guest speakers on subjects related to Cambridge glass from perfume bottles to flower frogs. Special club projects included authorship of "Colors in Cambridge Glass" and "Etchings by Cambridge".  If you have a desire for more information about beautiful Cambridge glassware, we encourage you to join our group.

The Miami Valley Study Club meets at 7 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month (October, November, January through May) at the Huber Heights Branch of the Dayton Public Library located at 6160 Chambersburg Road.

Visitors are welcome and membership is encouraged.
