The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by President Larry Everett. Eighteen members were present.

The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as mailed. The motion was made by Georgia Otten and seconded by Dave Rankin. The motion carried.

Treasurer, Mac Otten, reported a previous balance of $374.61. There was interest income of $1.89. $150.00 was sent to NCC for the Museum Opening Celebration, leaving a balance of $226.50. The motion to accept the report was made by Will Acord and seconded by Frank Wollenhaupt. The motion carried.

Old Business: Ron and Norma Hufford are heading up the Silent Auction for the Friday Night event at Convention. They would like to have four-five pieces of glass from each Study Group for the Auction. These pieces should be worth at least $25.00 and be in perfect condition. There was discussion as to how best to run the event.

On the NCC website, there is now a contact person for each Study Group listed.

Regarding the 2003 display at the Boonshoft Museum: A museum in Minnesota wants to sell some display cases. Boonshoft is investigating the possibility of buying them. They could be used for our display.

New Business: Our Study Group will donate $50.00 to the NCC Endowment Fund in memory of Fred Schaefer's mother, who died recently. The motion was made by Ron Hufford and seconded by Ken Rhoads. The motion carried.

Members were reminded to send in their votes for the Board of Directors.

Larry announced that there are seven dealers currently on the waiting list for the Glass Dash. There have been two cancellations, so now would be a good time to get your name on the waiting list for future years, if you are interested.

The motion to adjourn was made by Ken Rhoads and seconded by Frank Wollenhaupt.

Program: Dave Rankin led an informative program on Cambridge Trademarks. A helpful handout showing pictures of the 24 different trademarks used over time by the Cambridge Glass Company. Also included was information on these trademarks that Dave has acquired over the years.
