The meeting was called to order at 4:15 by the president, Larry Everett at Swigert Park, Laura, Ohio. There were 26 members present.

Ron Hufford made a motion to dispense with reading of the minutes. It was seconded by Frank Wollenhaupt. Motion carried.

No treasurer's report.

There was no old business.

New business.

The monthly meetings will be held at the Huber Heights Library as usual. David Ray reported the November quarterly meeting will be on reproductions, given by Frank Wollenhaupt and Les Hanson.

Ideas for new programs for the coming year were discussed. The October meeting will be place settings. Everyone is to bring a place setting.

Frank Wollenhaupt 's proposed amendment to the by laws will be voted on at the November Quarterly meeting.

Frank Wollenhaupt moved to adjourn the meeting. David Rankin seconded. Motion carried.
