November 4, 2003 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p. m. by the President, Larry Everett. There were 13 members present. It was moved and seconded to dispense with the reading of the minutes as they had been sent to each member. The treasurer's report lists a balance on hand of $312.61. Old Business: Diane Gary will have the Christmas party on Sunday December 7 at her house. There will be a $15.00 gift exchange for those wishing to participate.
